Processed Sugar! It’s more addicting than Cocaine, yet allowed without regulation in our diet! The way I see it, this makes sugar the #1 Legal Drug in America! The grocery store shelves are overflowing with sugar filled foods and foods containing artificial sweeteners. It’s wreaking havoc on our health! Worse yet, these sugary items are being marketed to our children and have led to an epidemic of obesity, behavioral issues, and learning disabilities.
There’s good news! There are many whole sugars that taste great, provide the body with nutrients, do not stress the body, and do not decay our teeth!
