Just 100 years ago heart disease was rare, but today it’s the #1 cause of death in the US.  Despite the “healthy advancements” in food development and processing – heart disease, cancer and obesity rage on.

In this section we will learn why Butter is Better  and what has happened with modern technology and the food industry.  Our great-grandparents did not have the modernized “heart healthy” products we have available to us today so what has taken place that has resulted in poor heart health among the masses?

We will learn how healthy fats and oils are important not only for our heart, but also out mental health, reproductive health, weight management and much, much more.
