TIP 1: Take it slowly. If you have to, do the Transformation several times. Start out right away, do your best, and apply one thing at a time.

Purpose & Benefits of the Transformation
The purpose of the 48 Days is to take your body through a complete change. Change can sometimes be uncomfortable, but if you set your intention on experiencing the process, it can do an amazing thing for your body and your life.
My purpose for guiding you through this amazing journey is to help you:
- eliminate processed, denatured, refined foods.
- reeducate you as we add back only nutrient-dense, pure, whole foods that transform your health.
Those of you who are patients are well on your way to this lifestyle of eating, and the program will only help you get there faster.
Starting the 48 Days will reset your metabolism and balance the body, but the main goal is to transform your way of eating for life.
We will transform your body, your kitchen, and your lifestyle. You will have increased energy and vitality, adding years to your life.
What You Can Expect
- Expect to learn a new, natural way of living! By the end of the 48 Days, you will have transitioned into a natural way of eating and lifestyle!
- Expect a possible reaction. During the first two weeks, the restriction of certain foods that your body is addicted to - such as sugar, artificial sweeteners, caffeine, chemicals, preservatives, etc. - could cause your body to experience temporary withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, flu-like symptoms, increased carbohydrate cravings, fatigue, less energy, mood swings, and even changes in bowel habits. This may also happen due to increased cleansing of toxins from the body. This is the main purpose of consuming the suggested supplements, support supplements, and the cleansing supplements to help the body transition to this new way of eating with the least amount of discomfort. If you do experience any discomfort, remember that it is temporary, and your body needs extra rest and support. Make sure you are drinking the proper amount of water for your weight. These symptoms should only occur within the first two weeks, if at all.
- Expect support from Energetic Wellness, especially me! I want you to be successful! Expect support from me within the private Transformation Facebook group where I will provide you with continued information, motivation, and answers to questions. Please limit your questions to those specifically pertaining to the Transformation and not your personal existing health condition. We can set up an individual wellness appointment so that all your concerns are heard and addressed.
- Expect to be calm and not overwhelmed! If for any reason you go off course while on the 48 Day plan, know that you can jump right back in and continue where you left off. The purpose of this process is to reduce stress by helping you make changes and guiding you into a natural lifestyle that has to be flexible. Plan on taking one step at a time.
- Expect a suggested daily routine. This suggested daily routine reflects my 7 Laws of Wellness. Again, please take it one step at a time. Concentrate on changing your food and adopting everything else as you can. If you are comfortable starting everything, you will of course receive the most benefit. Any change you make is one step closer to a natural way of living, including more energy and vitality.
- Expect to learn to love yourself. I am so proud of you for making the decision to start this journey. This is a process, a journey of understanding who you are and how your body was designed. Take one day at a time. Learn a lot about yourself and your body. Learn to love yourself so that you can love others even more than you already do!
- Expect an amazing transformation. This will be an amazing transformation within your body and your life.
