The foods we eat have a direct correlation to the way we feel, look, rest, and our ability to maintain our health. We have lost connection with the foods we eat.  We no longer understand why we eat or where our food comes from.  This knowledge was innate in our ancestors, but we have exchanged this wisdom for convenience with little thought about what the long term effects may be.

In this section we will learn about the findings of Dr. Weston A. Price, what traditional diets consisted of, the changes that have taken place with our food, and why we need to return to eating nutrient dense foods.
